Can she travels the same date, as her Thai tourist visa expired. ?
My Indonesian friend’s tourist visa will be expired soon. She wants to go to Myanmar, but the flight is full. The flight is available on the same date her Thai tourist visa is expired. Can she travel out of Thailand that day? For example: if her visa is expired on Jan 6. Can she book a flight to Burmar on Jan 6? Will she has any issues with the Thai immigration? Thank you for your help as always.

She can still travel. They will overlook it as it is on the same day.
Sure she can, it wouldn’t be considered an overstay until the 7th and even if she did overstay she would still will be able to travel. If she was to overstay her visa she would have to pay a 500 baht per day fine (max. 20,000 baht) before she was able to travel and from what I understand if it’s just one day they don’t charge anything. Sounds like she’s fine and if her visa expires on the 6th and she’s leaving on the 6th, she’s not overstaying at all.
Yes it is the last day she can leave Thailand without being on an overstay. Even now you can have a 1 day overstay and not be charged the 500 baht fine.
My experience has been that even one day they charge you but you just pay the fine and there is no other consequence. Maybe their more lenient at the Airport but at the Lao border they are not.
