How get a Thai girl visa to the US?
What are options for getting a visa for Thai girl to visit me in U.S. for longer than a month ? She already tried getting tourist visa and got rejected twice. She has bachelors degree and works as a supervisor in a hotel but rents an apartment room. So ties are weak to Thailand. What kind visa does she have best chance to get? Any knowledge be helpful.

None. Get her a visa would be very difficult. You need to go and visit her in thailand. Then you can file for a K-1 Visa, takes about 6 ot 8 months to get, then she can come over for 90 days. If you get married in the 90 days you file paper work and she can stay. If you don’t get married at the end of 90 days she has to go back.

She could apply for a student visa, but ultimately most visas need money in the bank or significant ties to the homeland. If you’re interested in a relationship you should probably go to Thailand to meet her and see how she is. If you want to be with her after that you will have to either move to Thailand or apply for a fiancee or spouse visa. This site is not too bad: http://www.visajourney.com/ Also, you might consider looking at http://www.uscis.gov/

As you much know the American Embassy in Bangkok requires her to show strong ties to her home country. Having a college degree means nothing. however working for a long period of time is good. How long has she been working? Did she get a letter from her employee stating she worked at the hotel, for how long she worked at the hotel, and did her employer grant her time off to visit America? This letter would help. A bank account showing monies from her employment going into her account is a must. Other than a tourist visa, if you plan to marry you can apply for a fiancee visa, it will take a while to get, but she can come for about 6 months in which time she can see if she like and can adapt to America. If you don’t marry she must report to Thailand. But you must show records and pictures that you two have met and have kept up a relationship for a period of time.

She will not get a tourist visa. Your only real chance is the K-1 Fiancée visa. It is currently only taking 4 months. It would be a lot easier for you to visit her there. If you want to find out more about the K1 visa or ask somebody specific questions, go here:
