A Chinese citizen can get a visa on arrival, cost is 1,000 baht and is good for 15 days. If she wants to stay longer she will need to apply for a tourist visa good for 30 days cost again 1,000 baht at a Thai consulate in China. http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2482.php?id=2491
