The Nepalese Embassy in Thailand is located in Bangkok and is there to assist their nationals while in Thailand. They will also assist you with a visa if you wish to visit Nepal and you can contact them for more information. Note that the Embassy is close to the Bangkok Adventist School in Bangkok and Q Bar is not that far from the Embassy either. The Phra Khanong station is down the road but its a 30 minute walk. If you want to save money then take the train to the BTS station and then a taxi up the road to the Embassy of Nepal in Soi 27.
Consular Assistance
If you are going to apply for a visa for Nepal then there are three options. There is a 15 day (1,000 THB) , 30 day (1,650 THB) and a 90 day (4,150 THB) multiple entry visa. You will need to provide your original passport with minimum 6 months’ validity as well as the visa fees. The application is done online. See the link below to the government website.

If you are Nepalese then the passport application requires, the original and photocopy of citizenship certificate, original passport photocopy as well as two copies of duly filled passport form (Print in Actual size) as well as two copies per photo (35 mm * 45 mm) and the bank voucher deposited in the bank account of the specified revenue or Embassy fee.
