Consular Assistance

Firstly, if you lost your passport while in Thailand, then report the loss to the police so that they can issue you with a case number. Secondly, take this case number to the Embassy so you can apply for a new passport. Finally, they are not going to allow you to apply for a new passport if the older has been lost or stolen and not reported to Thai police.
