Where is the Amphur in Pattani? Pattani, also known as Pattani Malay, is a region in southern Thailand. Pattani is one of Thailand’s four regiments; it is the most populous Muslim regimental district in Thailand. The other three regiments are Yala, Narathiwat, and Satun. The census reported that 88% of the population are Muslims, according to their Malay ancestry. Most people are able to speak the Pattani Malay language, but are able to speak Thai as well.

These will start off with the TM.1 form and work its way down the list. Short explanations for interest sake so people will know what they are looking at and where it will get used. Its the one you are looking for such as the TM.7 which is used by most Thai visas to extend the visa with these Thai immigration forms.
Certificate of identity for master of conveyance and crew TM.1
This is the certificate of identity for the Master of conveyance and his crew. It will identity his name and surname as well as his nationality. This and his crew as well as the conveyance be this an airplane, vessel of other means of conveyance.

Information of conveyance TM.2
The information of conveyance is for immigration where you need to identify the conveyance and the registration. Also the port of entry has to be identify. These are mainly for small boats or yachts entering Thailand. You also have to identify how many people are on the vessel with passengers and crew.

The information of conveyance tells immigration the name of the vessel, the flag it is flying as well as the gross tonnage and net tonnage. Also the number of crew as well as the number of passengers. Normally the yacht or boat also have to add in the berth number at the harbour. Crew list TM.4
You will normally have to add the crew members name to the immigration form. The crew list must show their passport number or seaman’s book. This as well as their nationality and names and surnames. There are also harbours on the West coast such as Thai immigration in Satun in Southern Thailand.

Notification for addition, reduction or change of crew TM.5
The TM.5 is the form needed to show if you had an addition to the crew or a reduction in crew. This or a complete change in crew. The addition, reduction as well as the reasons for the reduction or addition of crew. Also list those who will remain behind in Thailand.

* Application for extension of temporary stay in the Kingdom TM.7
This is the most common Thai immigration form. The TM.7 is the form you will need to complete with a photo to extend you tourist visa. If you want to extend your tourist visa in Thailand then the 1,900 THB will extend you visa for an additional 30 days. The same form is used to extend your marriage visa as well as your retirement visa application.

* Application for re-entry permit to return into the Kingdom TM.8
The re-entry permit in Thailand is needed when you are going to leave the country and wish to keep your current visa status when you return. If you dont have a reentry permit then you will cancel your current Thai visa when you depart Thailand. Always ensure that you have the re-entry permit before you leave the country. You can apply weeks before hand for the permit.

Appeal against the order of the competent officer to leave the Kingdom TM.11
This is an application to appeal against the order of an immigration official where you are not allowed into Thailand. Also this is submitted through immigration to the Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior. This is where you have been banned from Thailand. You will need to make your appeal on the bases of your banning order.

Appeal against revocation of visa TM.12
If your visa has been revoked you can appeal this revocation to the Immigration Commission. Its a standard application form where you will need to attach the reason why you think that the revoking of your visa was incorrect. Most probably better to have an immigration lawyer in Thailand manage this for you.

You can change the address when you arrive in Thailand. You will need to file the TM.27 address change form. This is not a very good copy of it so it is here only for reference purposes. You would be better off getting it as an immigration office.

If you have been in the province for 24 hours you will need to report your stay with the TM.28 form. Your local police station must be notified of any change of address within 24 hours. See the form here. You can download it and print.

The TM.30 has become very important. You as the owner of the house or apartment have to report a foreigner living with you to immigration. This can be done online, in person or by mail. See the website for more details on the TM.30 form.

This is the 90 day reporting that you have to complete every 90 days in Thailand. This can be done in person or by mail. You can also do this online as you can see on this website. The first 90 day report you cant do online. You will have to do that in person.

This form is used for changing your visa in Thailand. When you change visa status in Thailand you need to ensure that there is at least a month left on the current visa. * Arrival Card TM.6 (Arrival – Departure card)
They normally had this out on the airplane or buss before you enter thailand. Its blue and not the usual black and white. Best to look at it and understand it but dont use it as they might not accept a copy of the original. This is the Thai arrival card and Thai departure card. This will sit in your passport for years as you keep extending your visa without leaving the country. So it takes a lot of wear and tear.
